Terms & Conditions

Article 1 (Application of Terms and Conditions)

  1. 1. Accommodation and related contracts concluded by the hotel and the customer shall be in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions Matters not prescribed in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by laws or customs.
  2. 2. The hotel shall not be subject to the provisions of the preceding paragraph and shall not be contrary to the purpose, statutes, or customs of the terms and conditions Special terms and conditions can be applied.

Article 2 (Specification of Name, etc.)

The hotel may request the accommodation reservation applicant to specify the following matters when receiving an accommodation reservation application prior to the accommodation schedule.

  1. 1. Name, gender, nationality, date of birth of the guest
  2. 2. Other matters deemed necessary for customer management by the hotel

Article 3 (Reservation fee)

  1. 1. If the hotel receives a reservation request, the reservation will be guaranteed on the premise of payment of the reservation at the same time as the reservation is confirmed, and if the reservation is made by credit card, the reservation will be guaranteed in lieu of payment of the reservation with the corresponding credit card.
  2. 2. In cases falling under Article 5, the deposit shall be covered by the penalty under the provisions and returned if there is a balance.

Article 4 (Change of Reservation Cancellation)

  1. 1. Reservations for accommodation may be cancelled arbitrarily in the following cases.
    1. ① Where it is deemed to fall under Article 6(3)-7
    2. ② Failure to comply when requested to specify the matters of Article 2
    3. ③ In the event that the payment of the deposit under Article 3 (1) is requested but the payment is not made by the deadline
  2. 2. In the event of a cancellation change of a reservation, a penalty is applied and the reservation fee is returned in accordance with the cancellation regulations stipulated in the terms and conditions.

Article 5 (Penalty)

  1. 1. If the reservation applicant cancels all or part of the reservation, the penalty shall be charged based on the following.
    However, in the case of a group reservation, it may be applied in accordance with a separate contract.
  2. 1-1. The application of this Regulation is excluded from the following matters.
    1. ① a situation in which movement and travel are impossible due to national emergencies and international problems
    2. ② a natural disaster and an inevitable situation that can be officially recognized
  3. 1-2. It shall state that other measures and additional requirements for the enforcement of these Regulations and content that may be in dispute with the customer can be arbitrarily adjusted after the internal regulations of the hotel and the re-approval of the legal advice.
  4. 2. Distinction between individual and group customers
    1. ① Private Customer: 5 rooms with no more than 5 reservations
    2. ② Group customers: 5 or more rooms and 5 or more reservations
  5. 2-1. Change reservation cancellation for individual customers
    1. ① Free cancellation up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival
    2. ② 48 hours (2 days) ago: 50% of the rate per night
    3. ③ 24 hours (1 day) ago: 60% of overnight rate
    4. ④ Same-day and no-show: 100% of overnight fare
  6. 2-2. Change of reservation cancellation for group customers
    1. ① Free cancellation up to 360 hours (15 days) prior to arrival
    2. ② 168 hours (7 days) ago: 50% of the rate per night
    3. ③ 72 hours (3 days) ago: 60% of overnight rate
    4. ④ Same-day and no-show from 48 hours (2days) before: 100% of the rate per night
  7. 3. Individual and group customers may apply a special application for cancellation, etc.
    after consultation with the top person on both sides of the reservation.
  8. 4. A group customer must guarantee 20/100 of the total room rate by cash or card 14 days in advance, and the down payment paid shall not be refunded if it is applied to the penalty provisions of this accommodation agreement.

Article 6 (In case of refusal of accommodation)

Our hotel may refuse accommodation in the following cases.

  1. 1. If the accommodation request is not in accordance with these terms and conditions
  2. 2. If there is no room available due to full capacity
  3. 3. Where it is deemed that a customer who intends to stay is likely to engage in an act that violates the laws and regulations on accommodation, public order, or customs
  4. 4. The customer who intends to stay is clearly recognized as infectious
  5. 5. Where it‘s deemed that he/she is accompanied by a pet or has dangerous drugs, etc
  6. 6. Where it is impossible to accept accommodation due to natural disasters, breakdowns of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons
  7. 7. Where it is deemed impossible to stay under the provisions of laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea, etc

Article 7 (Registration of Accommodation)

Guests are asked to register the following at our hotel front desk on the day of their stay.

  1. 1. Name, gender, date of birth, phone number, nationality of the accommodation customer under Article 2 (1)
  2. 2. For foreigners: Name, gender, date of birth, phone number, nationality, passport number, email address
  3. 3. In the case of Koreans: Name, gender, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address of the guest
  4. 4. Date and time of departure
  5. 5. Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel.

Article 8 (Early check-in)

  1. 1. Our hotel's admission time is 3 p.m.
  2. 2. If you want to enter early, only if you have a room in our hotel, you will receive an additional fee as follows.
    1. A. Before 8 a.m.: 100% of the room sales fee on the day
    2. B. Before 10 a.m.: 50% of the room sales fee on the day
    3. C. Before 12:00: 20% of the room sales fee on the day

Article 9 (Check out)

  1. 1. The check-out time of our hotel is 11 a.m.
  2. 2. If the customer exceeds the check-out time in the preceding paragraph, the hotel will receive an additional room fee as follows.
  3. 3. In consideration of the room situation on the day, the check-out time at the front can be extended free of charge or additionally applied.
    1. A. Until 2 p.m.: 20% of the room sales fee on the day
    2. B. Until 4 p.m.: 50% of the room sales on the day
    3. C. After 4 p.m.: 100% of the room sales fee on the day

Article 10 (Payment of Charges)

  1. 1. Please pay the room charge to the front desk at the time of your departure or at the time of your hotel's claim by KRW, nationally accepted credit card and traveler's checks, but no personal checks are accepted.
  2. 2. If the guest has not stayed arbitrarily since they started using the room, they will also be charged.

Article 11 (Rejection of consecutive nights)

The hotel may refuse to stay overnight in any of the following cases, even during the accommodation period in which the customer is accepted.

  1. 1. Where it is deemed to fall under Article 6 (1) through (7)
  2. 2. In case of violation of the rules of use

Article 12 (Liability for Accommodation)

  1. 1. Our hotel's responsibility for accommodation will be held responsible from the time the guest enters the room by registering at the front desk of the hotel, and the responsibility will end when the guest exits the room to depart.
  2. 2. The hotel shall not be liable for any accident caused by the guest's failure to comply with the rules of use that the hotel has concluded.
  3. 3. If we are unable to provide rooms to customers due to our hotel responsibilities, we will arrange other accommodation for customers scheduled to stay on the same or similar terms, except in the case of natural disasters.

【Rules of use】

In accordance with Article 12 of the accommodation terms and conditions, our hotel sets the usage rules as follows for your safety and comfortable stay.

  1. 1. No smoking is allowed in the room. A fine of 100,000 won will be imposed for inhalation. (If you want to smoke, please let the staff know where you smoke.)
  2. 2. Use fire for heating and cooking purposes, and smoke in a bed or a place at risk of fire in the room. Please refrain from doing so.
  3. 3. Without the permission of the hotel, business activities in the room, use for office purposes, gatherings, parties, etc. other than accommodation Please refrain from using it for purposes.
  4. 4. Please change the condition of the room without the hotel's permission or refrain from moving equipment.
  5. 5. Please refrain from meeting with visitors in the room.
  6. 6. Please refrain from bringing the following items into the hotel.
    1. A. Pets such as dogs, cats, birds, etc
    2. B. Flammable or flammable volatiles
    3. C. a stinking object
    4. D. Other things prohibited by law from being carried around
  7. 7. Please refrain from ordering or bringing food from outside the hotel.
  8. 8. If you use the hotel's sales office after payment, please make sure to present your room key on the counter.
  9. 9. Please refrain from using nightwear or slippers for rooms outside the room.
  10. 10. The customer's lost items will be arbitrarily disposed of after being stored at the hotel for a certain period of time. (Up to 6 months of storage)
  11. 11. We charge and receive actual expenses for damage or loss of hotel facilities or equipment due to customer's mistake.
  12. 12. Other expenses and charges incurred will be calculated at the front when you check-out. Also, if the hotel requires payment even if you are staying, please pay.

  2. 2. This regulation shall take effect in part on November 01, 2024.
